Description: Very nice manor, situated on an aerea surface of 6650m², with private swimming pool, with a big lawn and terraces. There is a vegetable garden, consumption is free.

The villa is freestanding and is rural and peacefully situated. Only 1500 meters from a village with all facilities ( baker, butcher, supermarket, bank). There is also an recreation area and a lake where you can rent canal-bikes or kayaks or play tennis.

At the side of the house there is a terrace with a view over the swimming pool (8x4m). There are 6 wooden deckchairs, and a separate baby pool.

Beside the terrace there is a big lawn and play ground area for the children. For the children there is a sand pit and toys, badminton and petangue facilities.

There is also a big BBQ (completely equipped).

In the house you will find downstairs a big kitchen fully equipped, 2 bedrooms ( 2x1 persons + 1 double), an extra sleeping facility, a bathroom with bath and shower and a seperate toilet. Upstairs; a big living room (64m²), with TV ( satellite), Video, CD and DVD and there is a area for small children. Here you will find the 3rd bedroom ( a double) and an en-suite bathroom ( bath and a toilet).

Indoors as outdoors the manor is suitable for (small) children.

There are 2 baby beds, a baby chair, and a baby bath.

We have 4 bicycles for use.

Details: all windows and doors are equipped with fly-screens, and at your arrival we provide you with the basic groceries.
